Emilee and Cason's wedding was a joy to film. These two lovebirds are so obviously meant for each other. Cason even got Emilee's favorite band Penny & Sparrow to play at the reception as a surprise. I just can't say enough about how sweet they were and how much fun it was to work with them.
We tried something a little different with Brigitte and Austin's wedding day story. It was very important to them to have some of the words of their closest friends and families in their wedding film, so we decided to interview a few of their loved ones while the couple was getting ready. It was so meaningful for us as filmmakers to listen to their most cherished loved ones talk about how happy they were for such an incredibly sweet couple. We think the finished result was something that really set their film apart and something we loved being a part of!

We held on to this wedding film for over a year because we were waiting for the 2015 summer issue of Martha Stewart Weddings to come out, in which Saron and Neal's wedding was featured. My wife, Alee, and Saron did all the design work on the wedding, and it turned out to be one of our favorite weddings ever. Saron's stepfather, Sonny, built a barn on their farmland in order to have an amazing, rustic venue for the wedding. Neal and his father built all the tables and benches that were used, and Saron's brother, Jess, did all the catering for the reception. It truly was a beautiful day filled with laughter and love.

Lara and Brian were supposed to have their destination wedding in Savannah last year, but Hurricane Matthew had different plans. As soon as our plane landed for the big weekend, we got an email informing us the wedding was being postponed. Luckily for these two lovebirds the second time was a charm. Their rescheduled wedding happened a couple of months ago on what we are convinced was the most beautiful day Savannah has ever seen.

This wedding was extra special. Blake and Alanna are some of our very favorite people and they happened to get married in one of our very favorite cities. Alee was actually a bridesmaid (and light holder during the reception!), and the night ended in the most perfect way: a second line through the streets of New Orleans celebrating the marriage of two incredible people.
We always love working with our good friend Lauren Kinsey, so when she recommend us for Bek and Drew’s wedding day were so excited to work with our good friend. But when we found out the wedding was in Alys Beach we flipped out. If you haven't been there, it’s one of the prettiest places in Florida, and we are always looking for an excuse to travel there! Things got even better when we met Bek and Drew. These two adorable lovebirds met while on a trip to Israel, and it was basically love at first sight at the JFK airport. The rest is history! Seriously, these two are beautiful inside and out and were such a joy to be around. Their friends and family were so much fun too and so kind. We’re so thankful Bek and Drew brought us down to Alys Beach to film their their unbelievably beautiful wedding day. Congratulations, friends!
You only turn 30 once, so we decided to make Alee’s 30th birthday one to remember. Alee’s birthday is in late November which is typically a slower time for us, so we decided to hop on a plane and head to Europe. Since we both want to visit every inch of this earth it was so difficult to decide where to go! However, if there’s one thing our bodies were not made for it’s cold weather, so we wanted to find somewhere that wouldn’t be too cold in November. After some research we discovered Lisbon, Portugal and Barcelona, Spain were fairly warm during November, and after finding some cheap plane tickets we packed our bags and spent Alee’s birthday the best way we could imagine. Below is a Super 8 highlight film from the trip.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO HOLLIE AND JAMES!
Hollie and James were married last November in Key West, Florida, in a completely private elopement ceremony (Nathan signed their marriage license as a witness!). Out of all of the weddings we've filmed, this one may be our favorite. It was so intimate and special, and because it was an elopement, we got to know Hollie and James much better than we typically get to know our couples. We spent two full days with them. The first day we were able to interview them and hear all about their love story, and we filmed them walking all around Key West and having a blast. The second day was their amazingly sweet wedding. They love each other so much, and it was so heartwarming to see. I hope you enjoy their super sweet love story meets wedding film!
Kristina and Lee were such a sweet couple with the most amazing love story, spanning two continents and ten years. It was one of the weddings most filled with love and happiness from friends and family that we've ever experienced. And you can't get a better view than the one of the Chicago skyline from their reception!

Kerri and Clay were such a down to earth and relaxed couple, and we LOVED filming their sensational Texas Hill Country wedding at Camp Lucy right outside of Austin. We also had the opportunity to shoot some of their wedding day on Super 8 film, which you know is our favorite!
